Fractal Information Security interview questions

A few days after applying I received an email saying there would be a phone interview and I was asked to give three time slots but didn't receive any call on the day, I was later called for a personal discussion. The interview was very easy, the questions asked were all based on what was included in my resume, apart from it I was asked if I knew about some things that most probably would have been required to work with during the internship - like knowledge about servers or security compliance standards. The interviewer gave me a brief about the job and asked about my area of interest in the security field, given that they both didn't align well he was quite straightforward about stopping right there if the work didn't interest me. Added to which the internship didn't come with a job offer so I was a bit hesitant and asked for some time to consider and then give them a reply whether I'd be ok with the internship. Having failed to do so within the time agreed upon, I later received an email that night saying that I wasn't selected (although I'm not entirely sure if the reason was my lack of skills set or the lack of a timely reply from my side or maybe both).
