1. trained a model on 6-hourly time-series data, how do i predict for the next 1 hour with high accuracy (without interpolating the data or any other technique to break the data into 1-hour), 2. i am training a ml model on cyclone tracks, then while testing how will the model perform well since the cyclone tracks vary frequently
