This job i apply is not easy cuz it's all about how you handle the salary of the company and how to make it increase in a year. And that will not be short how to save the money for needed in the project. But this job i search for is that i don't need it but how to manage for it. Incredibly rude. Asked me to fill out a 2-page "pre-screening" that required detailed answers, and then they scheduled a pre-screening call. They did not even show up to the pre-screening call and just ghosted me. It's likely due to their recruiting team being outsourced.
