I applied online on Fractal's website. After couple of days I got an email from HR for online Aptitude test. As soon as I cleared the aptitude test, I got another email for online SQL test. For SQL test the questions were based on Advanced select, joins, etc. The whole process of online tests took around a week. Next, I had 1 technical telephonic round, 1 F-F Case study round, 1 F-F HR round all of them were quite good and organized. However, I cleared all the rounds and next day received my offer letter. Overall a very good experience. HR (Hemal) tried her best to keep me updated/assisted throughout the hiring process.
