Fractal Analytics - The sweet ghosting experience. A of us have dealt with interviews where the recruiters haven't got back. this one joins the league but in the most sweetest and adorable way. Lets face it - a beautiful lobby, access cards, a cozy work environment and even the most humble HR one can ever interact with. feels surreal and the perfect dream job. interacting with the HR over the mail for days and getting the jazz "Oh we adore your skills and would love to meet you'', damn its such a trap! you would be getting a feedback tab at the end of the interview which rates who you met, did your interview start on time and rank them - its probably for their data - so probably avoid giving your opinion because why do you want to be even heard right? (besides its an Analytics company so they know your rating already

It was an on-campus recruitment process. Consisted of an aptitude test (tough) followed by 3 rounds of interviews (medium difficulty). The interview had a Tech round, an Apex round, and an HR round.
