I had one interview with 2 people. They were easy to talk with. I wasn't expecting to talk with 2 people. I discovered that there are zero paid holidays, and you have to use your PTO for holidays. This really surprised me as most places where I've worked and there is an expectation of work on holidays, we rotate the holidays and that way, you will get either thanksgiving or christmas off or new years off. I know someone working in another administrative role who confirmed that this organization is awful with that and they even had to use FMLA to get time off with a relative who had cancer. She could not recommend that I work here if I would have received a job offer.
