Franciscan Health Patient Service Representative interview questions

The conversation was very laid back and easy to converse with the interviewers. Good experience overall. Prior healthcare experience or a health related education is valuable. I had no healthcare experience when interviewed, but I utilized my strong academic background to answer most of the questions.

The interview process was great. The HR director was on time and very kind. Was asked most of the usual questions. Went over application and was asked about previous employment. Went over what the job entailed. Wanted to make sure that I was able to work nights, weekends and holidays even though I mainly worked the 1st shift. I had to take a typing test and had to make 40WPM with few or no errors. If you didn't pass it you had about 3 tries to do so. You had to be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
