FrankCrum interview questions

Inteview process was very smooth. Spoke to an HR rep who was very friendly and reaponsive. First interview was with the manager of department second was with manager and director, both very friendly and answered all my questions. I felt vey comfortable was offered position and accepted.

My interview was set up with 2 department managers by HR. Before they came in the head of HR sat and we talked. She had her hair in a bun so I easily noticed she had a hickey on her neck. I couldn't believe someone in her position, while conducting an interview, would have not tried to hide that! Managers came in did interview and wanted to hire me so I ended up signing all the paperwork needed to get on board and was told that the hiring process wouldn't take long at all as they were needing me to start immediately. HR said they should be in contact by end of the week. Being I had just moved here from up North, and didn't have a job, I was ecstatic. An entire week went by without hearing anything, although I called and left a message for HR to call me back for a follow up. Finally, after several calls and emails, the HR asst emailed me back and said they have pulled that position!!!! I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism of this department, of the company! I had turned down two other job offers waiting for this department to get it together. I was over qualified for this position but accepted since they assured me I could move up being I had years of experience in payroll. I noticed they listed for an actual Payroll Specialist online so emailed the same girl back in HR asking if I could be considered for that position. She never responded so that was the end of that. After this experience, I wouldn't want to work for FrankCrum anyhow.
