The process starts out relatively normal, although a bit excessive for an entry level position. Phone interview with HR about a month after I originally applied, then in person interview with HR over two weeks later, another couple weeks and I had an in person panel interview with a supervisor (one in the room one over the phone). The supervisor on the phone seemed to go out of his way to be aggressive and rude. And yes, I do mean rude. Not just stern and businesslike but actually insulting in his questions and mannerisms. They ask a bunh of job related questions then have you do a role playing game where they want you to pretend to have the job (without really explaining how it is you're supposed to proceed). Basically you have to pretend to sell a customer one of Templeton's products - even if the pretend customer isn't calling for that reason. Somehow I made it through to a FOURTH interview with someone over the phone who is based in Florida at which point things got weird. The entire interview was like a hippy drum circle. Not a single question in this hour long conversation was job related. They were along the lines of: When you look in the mirror, do you like who you see? Where do you think you get your negative traits from? After that it took another week and a half to get a sloppy email informing me that I didn't get the job. After that last interview I didn't even want it.
