Fraunhofer - EMFT Erfahrung:
Die erste Runde war ein Meetup. In der zweiten Runde hatten wir ein technisches Interview. Ein Leiter, ein Ingenieur, die Personalabteilung und zwei Studenten nahmen daran teil. Es war ziemlich einfach. Ich habe alle Fragen richtig beantwortet und ein Angebot bekommen. Nach einer langen bürokratischen Hürde habe ich mich entschieden, den Prozess nicht fortzusetzen. Die Personalabteilung ist wirklich nicht hilfsbereit und erschwert jeden Prozess. Ich empfehle hier leider überhaupt nicht. Viel Zeit für nichts. Man investiert viel Zeit und sogar Geld und bekommt nicht. Die Personalabteilung sagte mir, dass sie meine Anerkennungsdokumente (die sie verlangten) erstatten würden, aber sie erstatteten es nicht.

The first round was a meetup. In the second round we had a technical interview. A manager, an engineer, HR and two students attended. It was pretty easy. I answered all the questions correctly and got an offer. After a long bureaucratic hurdle I decided not to continue the process. HR is really not helpful and complicates every process. I unfortunately do not recommend here at all. A lot of time for nothing. You invest a lot of time and even money and do not get anything. HR told me that they would refund my recognition documents (which they asked for) but they did not refund.
