This was the preliminary interview, so it was easy, short and relaxed, just casual questions about my background, skills and experience - later, I was officially invited to a 2.5 hours interview that would take place in a little over amonth, first hour I should give a scientific presentation to the staff, and the next 1.5 hours an interview with Head of institute, head of department, research group leader and another person from the higher ups, so the process is not done yet
