The interview process was smooth and professional. I had one technical interview with a senior researcher, which focused on my past academic projects, relevant technical skills (especially Python and C# in my case), and motivation for joining Fraunhofer. It felt more like a discussion than a test — they were genuinely interested in how I think and solve problems.

- Relaxed Atmosphere - got invited to a face to face interview at their office location after a pre-interview on the phone - interviewed by hiring manager and potential supervisor - questions mostly covered previous project experience e.g. bachelor thesis project, approach and outcome -

The overall interview was conducted in a friendly manner. They ask about your previous experience with the applied role and some behavioural questions. They were keen to hear what you think.
