I received interview call after 2 weeks of applying. The first went well discussing about the position my experiences. The next day they mailed for 2nd interview. The 2nd one was a code review test. They showed some code snippets of Python, C++ and VTK. I answered most of the questions. The interviewers were friendly. They told they would inform me within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I mailed them seeking about any information about my candidacy. They replied that they still need some time to decide and I'm still one of the possible candidates. But they did not give any reply for 1 month. I thought they silently rejected me. Then after another 1 month, they mailed saying that they are still undecided regarding this position. The process might drag for another couple of weeks, which was not planned originally. But I am still one of the possible candidates. Then again another 1 month no reply. Finally after 2.5 months of the 1st interview, they rejected me by an automated mail which was quite unexpected for me.
