Applied through online. I interviewed at Freddie Mac. The recruiter called and set the appointment, then next week I got the interview. There were two interviews, both of them were one to one. The process took 4+ weeks.

Question 1
A lot of behavioral questions. They also read your face and attitude.
Standard process they asked the usual questions related to systems analyst and asked about previous experience. No live coding in the interview. The interview was mostly behavioral and technical questions
Interview was one hour long with manager. Surfacial IT questions were asked. No technical question were asked. Questions were asked about Networking basics, middleware basics, storage basics, webserver basic, building servers basics question.

Total waste of time. Period...They call all new graduates and keep them standing for 3 hours the 1st day. 2nd day they advertise themselves. They call thousands of new grads. Keep them in a auditorium 2nd day and watch them from cameras. Its like psychological game and picks only few. Nothing great to say.
