The interview process was over a month long. I believe it was due to the fact that two different people were on vacation. This was my interview process: Phone Screening > Interview with manager > Excel assessment > Interview with two different team members

On the phone screening, they asked if you had to relay a message to the hiring manager, what would you say.
Total of 4 interviews, took about a month to get hired and then a little over a month to start working. The interviews were friendly and technical questions weren’t asked about the position, but a company made excel evaluation was given.
