Frederick County Government Library Assistant interview questions

Honestly, It was the oddest interview process I ever had. First it was on zoom, with questions like a test, after which two people typed my answers out which was super odd. Whatever. I made it to the second round and then again, they began typing my answers that were tied to the desk. They didn't seem to care to learn anything about me. There was no humanity or conversation. It was like robots. It was very odd.
