      Pros

      Senior Leadership and Officers were amazing, charitable with their time, and wanted the best for you. Competitive environment that fostered training hard and performing well at our station.

      Cons

      Pay and low staffing were difficult - I would have stayed if it followed DC shift of 24 on, 72 off

      Pros

      So far this job has been wonderful. The starting pay is less than ideal, but there is a real ability to grow that amount quickly.

      Cons

      I've heard there may be culture issues on other teams workibg for the county, but I have seen no issues on Water.
