The process began with initial phone conversation to discuss my background and the role in more detail. Next a zoom 1:1 with the direct manager who assessed my skills and how the align with the team's needs and the strategic goals of the department. Finally I had the opportunity to meet with the department lead, where we discussed the company's vision and how I could contribute to achieving them.

It was nice recruiter kept you up to date and leads you through process, the interviewer seemed friendly and See you to be on top of things they gave you a breakdown of the role and what to expect doing the job
Two interviews within one week and then hired and started a week later. Very easy process. Questionable given lack of thoroughness of the interview process. Looking for bodies not talent.
