I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (Miami, FL) in Jul 2016
Interview
So far through email, and cell phone, which works for me because I am employed full time and travel long distances to work. It was difficult for me to talk during the day because I have a demanding position and lunch is sometimes limited. We used email and it was fabulous to keep in touch. I did eventually have telephone interview with someone in the same position I am seeking and it went very well at a inopportune time for someone. It worked for both of us I am now in the process of a face to face interview and tour of the facility next week They were very accommodating with scheduling.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (Houston, MS)
Interview
Honestly, the interview process was not hard. They will ask you basic behavior question. It’s be to be honest and show that you can be accountable for actions. The main question that they will ask is “ tell them about time when you realized you made a mistake and how did you correct it? Were any policies broken

The interview was easy; the questions were straightforward, such as "What do you think about a job that requires you to do the same thing over and over?" Another question was about my weaknesses and areas for improvement.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Started out with a phone interview from the recruiter, asked the basics about yourself and any experience in dialysis, why you want the job, expected salary, etc.
Group Interview with Clinic managers (social workers), and higher up. Got the feel of each other, making general conversation. Make sure you show them personality, that will set you out from others. Do your research on the company as well and incorporate that into your answers. Group interview was fun and laid back, a lot of laughs facilitated.
