Position discussed by supervisor during interview was different than one I applied for. Was notified that one I was called in to interview goes was "spoken for". Questions typical interview questions, such as strengths/weaknesses, what are my 5 and 10 yr goals.

Interview
Panel Interviews' that are behavior based Interviews. The first with employees who would be your "peers and probably the direct supervisor or hiring manager. After that you would probably interview with the direct supervisor and then the next 2 levels up. 3 Interviews in all maybe 4 depending on logistics.

Interview
Challenging interview process. They do good job with the phone screening based upon your results on a personality and aptitude profile. The interview in person included the other directors, the Regional Vice President. Once making it past this level, an interview with the Group Vice President over the phone is the next step.
