Alli, the recruiter, skipped our initial interview/screen because she was "running late." I guess punctuality wasn’t on her priority list, so I had to reschedule to accommodate her.
The interview with the hiring manager was excellent—smooth, professional, and promising. But here's where things nosedive. It's been nearly two months, and despite following up with Alli multiple times (3-4 polite emails, mind you), I've received nothing but radio silence. No updates, no acknowledgment—just crickets.
Honestly, this kind of behavior screams unprofessional. If you’re not going to bother responding, at least make it clear you're not hiring AEs in the Boston area so people don’t waste their time.

Interview
The interview process was pretty standard.
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I will say that the message she sent actually resonated with me; describing the company's mission statement and core principles.
I had a 30 min phone call with her where we went over my background and what I am looking for in my next role / company.
She then scheduled a 30 min phone call with one of the Mid Market Sales Managers. This was a refreshing 30 min call. He was more interested in me as a person than me as a sales professional. We did touch on my experience but again it was an opportunity to share my hobbies / passions outside of work.
After, I was invited for an onsite where I met with the 3 Mid Market Sales Managers (including the one from the phone call) and an Account Executive on one of their teams. These were 1:1 interviews, back to back to back. At this point we did a deep dive into my resume, my experience, what I'm looking for in my my next company and my next role. Each gave me an opportunity ask questions.
Typically candidates would then meet the VP of Sales for North America, but he was out of the office that day so we scheduled a zoom meeting. This was a deep dive into my sales experience, the types of deals I've worked, my process, etc. He gave me some time to ask questions.
