I made it through all 3 interviews, rhe process was fine, pretty average. The interviewers were incredibly kind and helpful with any questions and making sure I was comfortable. They all asked how the interview process had been going which was nice. I unfortunately was not chosen for the role, which was a bummer. However, they never even provided me any feedback afterward. I was honestly surprised to not get the role as they had told me I’d be a perfect addition. I reached out a few times to try and get some feedback but was ignored by the recruiter.

The interview process starts with a video screening with a recruiter.
I then went through two rounds of very introductory, surface level interviews with hiring managers.
On my third round interview the Global BDR Manager no showed twice and the recruiter ghosted me. Honestly, the Global BDR manager has left such a sour taste in my mouth due to the disrespect that I am no longer considering this org even if they made an offer (he has ignored 2 linkedin messages from me, and after no showing twice in a row, I can not give him the respect that he did not give me) Additionally, it makes me wonder if I was to be in this role and I start booking meetings, will my AE even show up??
The recruiter also forgot to send me a zoom link to my interviews not once but twice (pretty ironic when I am interviewing for a role where my primary metric is booking zoom meetings)
After meeting the managers I would work under, I was very excited about this role because I really connected with them and thought I made a good impression as well. One of them did mention that the company has improved a lot since she started there, as they have made a lot of personnel changes and process rewrites. However, it seems they need a lot more restructuring at the higher levels before they start operating efficiently and professionally.
I am definitely disappointed because as I mentioned the managers I would be working under were awesome, and really made me want this role. However, once it got to upper management (some guy not even my office) it all fell apart. I cannot ignore the disrespectful and unprofessional attitude they treated me with after 3 weeks of interviewing.

I had a recruiter reach out to me a few days after I submitted my resume and scheduled to meet today. I waited 15 minutes after our scheduled time before contacting her and saying I was no longer interested. Really unprofessional, in my opinion, because I had to cancel other commitments for this interview just for her not to show up. I never even got a message that she wouldn't be able to make it.
