Interview
They took multiple rounds, at irregular intervals and no clarity for the next schedule. Had to do multiple follow ups and at the end the recruiter ghosted without any proper feedback after 4 rounds.
First I have been asked to create a sample user guide about one of their product and suggest for improvements on KB of freshworks.
Shared my sample work and suggestions on their KB on time and HR never came back or did not bother to respond to my 5 remainder emails.
Imagine, you have spend about 15 to 20 hours on a task and didn’t get a feedback nor a response. Very pathetic.
HR and team: do understand that people invest some time to complete the task and they deserve a feedback or atleast some kind of response. Every ones time is precious!
