The recruitment process was good and well-managed, with several stages (Recruitment, Hiring manager, Country leader, SVP of) and ending with a final panel interview following by a great discussion with the HR Business Partner. What stood out most was the strong human approach throughout the process, especially in the final round, where we discussed topics beyond just business. I appreciated the quick and useful feedback after each stage. Expectations were clearly explained from the beginning, and the varied professional backgrounds of the interviewers gave me a clear idea of the role and the company culture. The team interactions and work environment made my experience better. I also contacted several current employees to hear their opinions. They were open, honest, and very helpful. The whole process took around two to three months and was extremely well-organized by the recruitment team. I highly recommend this recruitment experience.
