The entire process was great. They made sure that everyone felt at home. It consisted of 3 tech rounds and a HR round. Everyone was so polite. Refreshments were good. Though I didn't get an offer, I enjoyed interviewing at the office of the poster boy of India's SaaS industry.

The call was scheduled at 2pm and the recruitment manager had let me know that the link would be shared 15 mintues before the interview. I didn't get the link till it was 15 mintues past actual time of the interview. Had internet issues and i couldn't set up my device prior because of the delay. Was expecting a video interview but it was just like a normal call.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Freshworks
Interview
We had 3 rounds - 2 by SDR leaders, and 1 HR. Everything was smooth and friendly. I loved the ambiance and hospitality. The SDR rounds were to check if I knew and understood the role of SDR and the HR was to talk about my comp. Blogs sent by Freshworks HR POC was helpful to clear these rounds. You can find them by searching on google, hiring SDR + Freshsales. I was provided free lunch, treated well, provided feedback post-interview and accepted.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Freshworks
Interview
The process was pretty decent once the hiring managers or the director came in the picture. However, the HRs are majorly slow and do not respect the time sensitivity.
It took almost a month and more than 4-5 follow ups to get the offer letter AFTER the finalizing and agreement from the manager's end.
