Applied for the position through online. Right from the start they were missing schedule, with giving Test link before the time they mentioned. It was hackerrank hosted questions with average difficulty(1 - Simple, 1 - average and 1 - complex problem). Took 10 days to receive result of the First round. Took another week to say there will be a online round. It was planned to be on google hangouts but due to technical hick-ups the interviewer interviewed me on phone. He was well-spoken and asked questions from simple time-distance calculation and other quantitative topics, though he was asking about the thought process than the actual answer. It was followed by some simple(actually very simple) pseudo-code type problems where he tested programming abilities. It took exactly 1/2 hour for the process. Got email 10 days later that I was selected for next round, and for another 3 weeks there was no information was shared about the next round. Finally they asked me to come to their Chennai (SP infocity ) office for F2F interview but I declined it. It was as if they're not interested in the interview process and made arrangements whenever they had time. On every mail they shared they apologized for the delay in communication due to processing large amount of applicants, which was unacceptable as it is what they develop products for, like freshteam and freshdesk.
