Got contacted by the HR recruiter at Freshworks. Went through the phone screening interview then interviewed onsite by the GM and few AEs. Impression: The GM is putting together a very young and aggressive sales team. The product is good but I wonder if they could gain attraction with Enterprise clients. Overall I don't recommend working at Freshworks. After the onsite interviews, I called HR asking for feedback. He basically said "we're busy on-boarding lot of folks ... we'll get back to you".. He never called me back. I also reached out to the GM, as he has the last say, but never heard back from him either.
