The interview started with a first round of written test which is quite easy. Also contains some descriptive questions based on scenarios.
Second round was technical and the interviewer was not so technical. So he googled some questions which are irrelevant to my previous job roles and the current job description. Yet I answered them with all the patience on earth. Later some ITIL questions which I was able to crack easily.
After waiting for 3 hours, they came and said that, for my tenure they expect more technical knowledge.
I gave a nice feedback to them to improve their standard of questions based on the job role while interviewing tenured candidates.
The interviewer was an amateur and doesn't know much apart from his current role....
