Interview
I've applied for a role in Freshworks after a search for a role in a 'fast-paced tech company' in Berlin. Soon after my application, I received an invite for a call with the recruiter and in the week after that another video call. After having two successful interviews, I received an invite for an Onsite interview. They invited me over to come to Berlin and even paid for my travel costs. Also, I had to prepare a presentation that was very interesting to do and the feedback I received was very useful. I think the procedure was clear, personal and challenging, but not too long.

Questions I had were regarding the challenges in my career, achievements and more situational questions. It didn't feel like an impersonal assessment, I have had very nice conversations.
The recruiter reached out to me unsolicited and I scheduled a phone screen with them, but then they didn't show up for the meeting. I am undecided if I am going to reschedule another interview with them or not.

Interview
Got a response from recruiter really quickly after submitting my resume. The recruiter was really nice and upfront about salary and benefits, and what the company/hiring manager was looking for. After that, I met with a few people involved in the team for quick interviews, and then was given an offer probably about 2 weeks after the first contact.
