Interview
I applied through offcampus link shared by the company. The process took more than a month time. Initially, I was sent a screening test and once I cleared it, I was called for an interview in office. They had my resume and I had interview in a one guy panel. They primarily asked from the resume and asked my knowledge in various technical and non tech aspects since pre-sales team must communicate with all the teams. The questions were simple and straightforward and I answered all of them properly. The interview went for almost 30-45 minutes. After the interview, I was told that I wasn't selected.

Assume you're the Head of Customer Experience at Apple inc. One customer complaints that he bought an iPhone XS recently and it is having a faulty camera. He approached Apple Service Centre and they couldn't find the fault in the device. No physical damage was found. So it's probably a manufacturing defect. So at this situation, what do you do?

Interview
To be honest this was one of the worst interviews I have ever attended. Received phone call from HR and she asked basic questions about my current role and she mentioned I will be receiving an invite for direct interview . It took more than 15days to receive a mail. She mails around 10.00am and asks us to be present at FW Office at 2. I seriously doubt if she is a professional HR. Without prior intimation / availability check she expects the candidate to make it for the interview totally unbothered about candidate and their current job situations. Better understand that they are working for another organisation .
Interview process - there were two rounds. Both were role play kinda rounds and I did not perform well in both the rounds. They did not disclose the result at all.

Interview
Interview process will start off with a telephonic discussion and on getting through that will lead to a face to face discussion.
Telephonic round will be more of a general understanding about you and your knowledge about the role.
Face to face will have a deep analysis on your understanding about the role and the responsibilities. Will have scenario based questions and will be more of how well you handle objections.
If all good you will be having a discussion with the HR.
