Resume was shortlisted by HR. And then I was called for an in person interview at Chennai office. There were 3 rounds for me. (Some had >3 also).
After this there will a culture round with HR BP. It takes them about 7-10 days to send across the offer letter because management approval is needed. So be patient.

They generally ask you about your favourite product, what products you use often, how would you improve them. The conversation can steer in any direction. Be prepared to be asked questions on how do you collaborate with your team, what's was the toughest part of your last job, tell me about successful product initiatives you took at your last company..
Painful. An assignment was given after the first interview with a very short delivery time but the feedback for the assignment took weeks. The next call was rescheduled multiple times before eventually being cancelled

Worst Interview experience i have ever experienced, I was interviewed for a role and completed all the rounds, HR didnt even have a courtesy to acknowledge with progress, everytime i had to followup , then there was an update that there will be another round, After going through the entire interview process, spending two and half weeks time with this process, they least the HR can do it to acknowledge what the status of the application is, its either a reject or accepted. Wish they had more professionalism towards people who are giving interviews. I have never come across such a bad experience.
Two Technical Rounds - Mostly Technical or design aspects. They will explain on kind of applications Freshworks have, typical load or traffic on those applications and non functional requirements they are looking at.
