Interview
Had one technical in Chennai office, round went more than 1hour. All are technical questions to be written. He asked me 4 questions to solve in total i have solved all questions in O(n) complexity . To design data base architecture for booking movie ticket. But they rejected stating my experience dint match with their requirement for lead position. So what's reason of interviewing people when you don't know what you want from them exactly. Im already leading a team in my current organization and dont u think why they will hire me w.o this. Please have solid reason before rejecting somewhen. Be straight to point say its because of ur bidget or so so. Deeply disappointed.
Interview process was very smooth. HR and panel all were very supportive. Questions were asked on basis of technologies listed on the resume. Difficulty level was medium for data structure. Mostly questions on array, maps were asked.
