I applied through my University. We had questions based on general verbal and essay writing, case study for first round. The next round was GD and we had to speak on general topics. Final round was face to face interview where 5 different people interviewed us for 5 times and we clear any 3 we are likely to get job.

Question 1
Questions based on buisness tactics. Technical questions based on our interest and problem statements to solve.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Freshworks
Interview
Consisted of 3 rounds but the questions were a bit generic...it felt like they didn't know what they were looking for.
Two flags I picked up on:
1) the recruiter was very cagey about sharing anything about salary bands and really insisted that I share first, which is a huge red flag especially when working in the UK.
2) at the end of the interview with the hiring manager they indicated that I should continue through the process and meet other people in the team. Fast forward 3-4 weeks later and no word despite a few follow-ups. Ultimately they went with another candidate, which happens, but to say 'yes let's move you forward' and then ghost for weeks is yet another red flag.

How many accounts and how much revenue have you managed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Freshworks (London, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
There were four to five conversations spanning two weeks' time. It was well structured, so kudos to the in-house recruiting team. Each interviewer represented a different department and had very candid conversations. Team culture is very important to Freshworks. A very encouraging experience.
