Unnecessarily long process - after the final stage the decision was promised to be made in 1-2 days. Nevertheless the final decision was postponed 2 times and came 3 weeks later. Besides that, interesting interviews consisting of 3 video calls (1 with Berlin HR and 2 with the HQ India) and 1 on-site interview with the MD and Head of Customer Success.
