The first round was online. The questions were meant to test our language and aptitude. There were also questions which tested our sales capabilities, like pitching an app on our phone to our parents, how to deal with a customer complaint, etc. The next stage was face-to-face with the hiring team. There was a group discussion followed by two rounds of interviews with the presales team, then an HR round. They were testing for communication skills and our ability to pitch and present our thoughts.
