Sent my resume and a cover letter through my friend who is already working over there.
2 rounds of interview - technical and technical cum casual talks
Questions were
1. Two decks (each separately shuffled cards) are given. A card from deck A is drawn and put into deck B. How will you find the card which was put into deck B? After my initial answer, he said there would be memory constraints. So he wanted both space and time efficient solution.
2. How would you design a tiny URL application? What will happen when the tiny URL is entered on the browser address bar? He wanted to know about something related to redirection!
3. Design a restaurant system - had to specify the DB schema. He came up with a lot of questions on how to design the UI for booking, how would you queue your customers when the tables are full, how would you allocate tables to in-queue customers, how would you let them know of an average waiting time. All these questions were to test how much I am able to analyze stuffs.
Just be calm and attend the process.
