I am glad that I did not get through the process as I did not find it welcoming. I had 2 rounds both in which the panel tries to preach on what they know on our designs within few minutes into the discussion and belittle you and your work as if they have always worked on Greenfield projects. Advice to management - Hire visionary leaders, don't hire managers eventhough they might have worked for long or overseas in global firms as I see current setup does not have empathy or attitude to listen and respond. Seniors should stay away if they value their careers.
