I responded to a LinkedIn message from a recruiter who was inquisitive about my profile. Though I'm not looking out for a move, I expressed interest for a chat only because of Freshworks' badge.
Funny things started to happen after this. The HR never bothered to call back even after reminders from me.
I'm quite surprised by this behaviour! I was genuinely following up to learn more about the opportunity. This experience might make me think twice before agreeing for a chat from a Freshworks recruiter in the future even if it's a genuine opportunity.

At least 7-8 Recruiter message you on LinkedIn (at times simultaneously) and email you about an opening. Then go radio silent for a month or so and again come back saying there is an urgent opening.
