The interviewer firstly cancelled the call and rescheduled it to the following day. He joined 15 minutes late for the interview. Started off the call saying he sees me understanding the industry as "difficult". I was asked about my Coding experience when it was neither mentioned in the JD, nor discussed as a part of the role when the HR spoke to me. He seemed very biased and disinterested in the conversation. As someone who has been following Freshworks and was very keen on interviewing with the FW team, it was a major let down. To say that I was disappointed with the interview process is an understatement.
