I was scheduled for a two different zoom calls for 30 min each and the first one went just for 10 min. They had just asked me about all the support task that I do in current project and not even a single question in perspective of interview. Later I was asked about the coding experience which I said I do not have any and the job description never mentioned about mandatory coding experience. Later post yeh first schedule I was intimated that I will not be able to progress through as I do not have coding experience which was really disappointing as the job specification never mentioned anything about coding for the role of IT Analyst
