Simple 2 interview round with respective manager. 1 st with HR nd then with Manager . Which he was very good in the call and pretty much chill. Hr was also good guided through the whole process from day one
Knowledge about APIs and problem solving skills in an escalation and tackle situation and win over the customer experience and credibility. knowledge about product workflows and troubleshooting skills using SQL and logs is a necessary and usage of third party marketplace applications and META channels knowledge is required
