A four stage interview process including a call with the recruiter, a interview with the hiring manager, an interview with the Head of Sales and then a panel presentation as the final stage. This panel included the hiring manager, Head of Sales and a current Account Manager/Executive.
The process was generally positive up until I received an offer. The offer I received was well below the salary expectation that the recruiter set at the start of the process. This was somewhat disappointing as it made it feel like a complete waste of time and effort. I have never met a good sales person that moves company for less money. On principle, it isn't the best start to some new relationships. On reflection, it suggests that key stakeholders and the recruitment team are not aligned which resulted in the mis-communication to me as the candidate. This was a real shame as it seems like a good company with a good future.

Professional and accommodating with respect to scheduling and not intimidating. Negotiation was done respectfully. Overall above average experience. Final round seemed unnecessary. Internal interviews and little underwhelming and not organised
