Respected Sir, I hope, you and your co are safe in this pandemic. The Interview Process started as follows :- Began with a recruiter call and interviewed at 9 March 2021 It was a zoom discussion. There was not enough room for discussion. I followed a lot of approaches for this question. 1) Initially I used 2 stacks for this problem. There were a few issues. 2) Then I solved it using tries. But the interviewer was more interested in memory management If that was the case then he should have told me when I was solving this problem. 3) Then I solved it using 2 queues. Here I optimized the memory by using k strings in the 2 data structures. But after a through discussion in all these things. The Interviewer gave an unfair feedback (you could have it with a 1 data structure). From the beginning I was asking for hints but he was not prepared to listen to me. Then why waste my time like that. It is completely unprofessional and it was totally immature of that guy. Do u know what is the meaning of business ? In these days Business means having a product landscape or without that. If you are hiring someone for your business then you should be able to understand each other ideas. I could not understand how come u r successful ? It seems like in the initial stages of org you were hiring somebody for ur ideas to hit the bulls eye. Now since your are a large organisation you dont care about small mistakes. Then how come sir u became No: 1 Saas company . By learning small mistakes from Interview Candidates. In turn rejecting them and even laying the innocent hardworking colleagues. It think it seems like a business deal to u sir. Sir Iam totally degraded by this unfair feedback. And this continues again and again . Hope I didn't mean anything wrong . Right Sir ? So If I join your company that too in this pandemic I will suffer a career setback. It is better to remain unemployed and thinking of some plans. Iam a person who sticks to his words and he never goes back on that. Dont expect loyalty from everyone else. Because we are also serving customers through ideas like how u do for your business. U dont care about anything just sitting in A C Chair in a separate room and enforcing working hours ( which affects work life balance). In India people from all kinds of life are having lots of difficulties. And that too people who are working for electricity, garbage and drainage chamber are the most affected and hard working but not like you. One small suggession : Please suggest your management and HR to blacklist me from taking up interviews. That's it. I dont care about money but "trust means everything to me". Do you think Iam a popular celebrity to discuss all these things. It looks obvious to me Sir... Now also Iam struggling . It is not because of you but also from everyone. But I dont want to turn my life upside down be joining your company.
