I messaged through a Linkedin member (Freshworks) asking for a referral, received a call from the member, was asked about my skills and suitable position (messaging via LinkedIn helped me get my application process move faster, not sure it might work for everyone, don't push them hard, keep it light.) First call: Received my first call from HR within a day, ‘formal questions on my skills and scheduled my first round with TL. Round 1: Zoom call with TL, Introduction. explaining about the role was asked about my experience and a few technical questions (30 mins) received a call from Hr the same-day scheduling for my next round (2nd week) with the senior manager. Round 2: The same process was followed, Introduction, explaining about the role, and talking about my experience and few technical questions and HR question 'why should I hire you?', Where do you see yourself in 5 years?' (40 mins) receiving a call from HR the same day scheduling my 3rd round with the Project manager (3rd week). Round 3: Introduction, followed by my experience and skills and 'why Freshworks?', 'Why should I Hire you?' (20 mins) since HR hasn't received the feedback from the team on my 3rd round, I had to wait (don't push too hard on HR by frequent calls or messages, If you're not the right fit, you'll be informed at the earliest after each round, be patient and have faith), I received my feedback after 2 weeks and scheduled for HR manager round (4th week). Round 4: Introduction, my experience, understanding of my roles and responsibilities, questions about the company and culture fit, where do you see yourself in 5 years?' (30 mins) "I received my offer in 3 days" Freshworks look for your perseverance, attitude, and skills. Always maintain a positive outlook throughout your interview process.
