I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Freshworks (Chennai) in Sep 2019
Interview
Freshworks is one of my dream companies to work.
Through referral - F2F interview scheduled and HR came with positive feedback after each Tech rounds. During CTC discussion HR agreed to IC2 rating. After 2days no further update from HR. I tried to reach HR over phone/email/text but it was unanswered. I asked my friend to check the status who referred me, HR said to him that i didn't clear the technical. Then my friend checked with the interviewer but the interviewer said i have cleared the tech rounds.
Didn't offer a job is acceptable but not revealing the reason why my candidature rejected is totally unfair.
