Interview
Had a 5 round discussion overall.
1. 3 rounds with different program managers
2. 1 round with the hiring manager
3. 1 round with the business unit HR
It was extremely thorough and all interviewers were subject matter experts, extremely warm and all interviews started on time and no rescheduling happened.
The Talent acquisition specialist was helpful and gave updates about each round, was honest about feedback and very friendly.
