No transparency . no visibility into the evaluation process. I gave my best in my assessment stage and hoping for positive feedback. The panel didn't even care to take my views or know my perception and insights into my assignment. The assignment was quite challenging and interesting. Since I had good marketing and customer- facing experience, I was able to crack the assignment. Still wondering why I got rejected and the HR didn't respond when I asked the reason for rejection. Waste of time. A week later, I got an opportunity with a leading SaaS-based organization and after clearing 5 rounds of intense, challenging, smooth interviews. I got the offer. Never Freshworks in my life!
