I am really had a very bad experience with the long and time consuming interview process. First of all, HR team contacted me with the job description and mentioned that there will be a tech round which will decide whether I will be eligible or not. They have scheduled the technical round and it went really well. After few days, I came to know from HR that they would like to have another technical round with some other leaders to understand my potential. I appeared for the interview again and to be honest that was also went very well. But again, I have received a call from HR after a week that they would like to present me on something but the HR does not have any clue on which topic I need to give the presentation / demo. When I had to had a lot of back and forth communication just to find out the topic but unable to get the exact details. So, I stopped calling HR and after a long gap (around two weeks or so), HR comes back again with the topic and schedule an interview session. I prepared the presentation for demo and ready on time. when the interview starts, the interviewer starts asking the same questions again that was asked during last two technical rounds and after 45 mins (the interview was scheduled for 1 hour), suddenly the interviewers remembers that I have something to present and they gave me only 12 minutes to present the demo which was obviously half presented because of lack of time. After all these efforts, the very next day, I have received an email from HR that I was rejected but no reason is specified. I am not sure what was the point of taking 3 rounds of tech interviews when same questions are asked throughout all the rounds. If I am not eligible enough, you could have reject me at the first time. Why people are not giving value to other's time.
