Freshworks conducted interview for sweet 3 months and then when they could not match the pay (or whatever reasons it might be ) they did not reply or respond back and finally ghosted me !! Every week they would postpone the interviews stating that interviewers are not available. But later when all interviews were over they collected the pay slips and collected the expected salary details and then they dint respond. HRs were giving vague responses initially and then stop responding. After investing so much of time and clearing so may rounds of interviews at least they should acknowledge that they cannot offer ! 3 months is super slow interview process and then ghosting is not ok at many levels !
