Hi, this is to whomsoever reading from freshworks. I got a call few weeks back from freshworks regarding a job opportunity, I was interested in the role and the company . I was looking forward to working with them. I had 3 rounds of interview - each almost lasting for an hour. I had to take permissions from my current job( which is not work from home) and also I have a travelling profile. Everything went well and the position was looking very promising. I had my last round with Lead HR- she asked me at the end of the interview if I had any questions. I asked her about WFH options. The main reason I wanted to shift to freshworks is because I needed a work- life balance as I’m going through some treatments(health related). Post that interview I didnot get any call / msg. In the beginning I was followed through by 2 HRs to attend all the rounds but now no one is replying even though I have texted them multiple times. This is basic courtesy- pls don’t keep your candidates hanging around looking for a response from you. Whatever may be the result pls get in touch with them and let them know! I loved the company but somehow due to HR process I don’t think I am interested now to join.
